Indications: ShaguFlam-S is a combination medication indicated for the relief of pain and inflammation associated with various conditions such as:

Mechanism of Action:
Aceclofenac: A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that provides anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects by inhibiting cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes involved in the production of prostaglandins.
Paracetamol: An analgesic and antipyretic agent that works by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins in the central nervous system and through a peripheral action by blocking pain-impulse generation.
Serratiopeptidase: A proteolytic enzyme that helps in reducing inflammation and edema by breaking down abnormal or dead proteins at the site of inflammation.
Dosage and Administration:
The dosage should be directed by a healthcare professional based on the patient’s condition and response to treatment.
Typically, the recommended dosage is one tablet taken orally, twice daily after meals.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, Serratiopeptidase, or any of the excipients in the formulation.
Patients with active peptic ulceration, severe hepatic or renal impairment, or a history of gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation related to previous NSAID therapy.
Precautions:
